二 | 具有住院资格的定点医疗机构、部分定点零售药店负责人及医保基金社会监督员参加了启动仪式。         　　启动仪式上，宣读了《2024年建昌县医保基金监管集中宣传月活动实施方案》，同时对全县2024年度医保基金全覆盖检查进行安排部署。会议强调，要扎实开展好宣传月活动，突出宣传主题，创新宣传手段。要加强常态化监管，全力做好现场检查全覆盖工作，同时进行现场宣传法律法规，强化普法宣传。定点医药机构要诚信经营，不断学习法律法规。社会监督员要充分发挥作用，营造全民参与的监管环境。
